In Memoriam: Marge Gachne Price

Rebuilding Together Thurston County is sad to share the news of the passing of our friend, Marge Gachne Price, on February 3, 2026.

Marge was a friend to all in our community, a non-profit warrior who worked for and volunteered with numerous nonprofits over the years including Homes First, Rebuilding Together Thurston County, the Tumwater Foundation, and Tumwater Area Chamber of Commerce.

Marge is remembered as someone who made a difference in the lives of many people who simply needed a helping hand, for hers was always outstretched in support.

Donations in her honor can be made to nonprofits in the community, including Rebuilding Together Thurston County and Homes First.

Thanks for everything, Marge. We already miss you a ton. 💚
