Rebuilding Together Thurston County is celebrating its 20th anniversary! RTTC was founded in 2003 by the Olympia Master Builders Remodeling Council and community members who wanted to ensure our neighbors lived in safe and healthy homes. The “traditional” 20th anniversary gift is china, but we’re going to give the best gift of all—repairs and ADA modifications!
Rebuilding Together Thurston County completed its first Rebuilding Day projects in 2004. We completed our first Critical Repair/Safe and Healthy Home repairs in 2013. We’re proud to report that over the last 20 years we have repaired 333 homes and improved and changed the lives of 527 Thurston County residents. We help our neighbors 365 days a year, no matter the economy, a pandemic, or presidential elections. Our dedicated volunteers, donors, grantors, staff, and supply and contractor partners make every day worth celebrating! We are definitely celebrating these numbers:
