We have received a “thumbs” up from the USDA and City of Olympia to start work on three grant funded projects including flooring replacement, new roofs, and septic repair. We are waiting to hear on three other pending projects including a roof and hot water tank. We are also hoping to receive grant funding to renovate a disabled military veteran’s bathroom to make it handicap friendly with a roll in shower.
