Thank you to the generosity of our sponsors and donors, the Build it Breakfast has thus far raised over $52,000 to support Rebuilding Day and Critical Repair projects. We had a record number of generous sponsors this year and donations are still coming in. It’s never too late (or too early) to donate so if you haven’t donated yet, please do so now! We were disappointed to hold our event virtually again this year because of covid concerns but were excited to share our mission, vision, and goals. As part of our breakfast, four teams participated in the Build It! Birdhouse competition held at Builders FirstSource. Teams from John Erwin Remodeling, TwinStar Credit Union, Olympia Federal Savings Bank, and Builders FirstSource built beautiful birdhouses in just two hours. John Erwin Remodeling took first place and Olympia Federal Savings Bank earned honorable mention. The birdhouses will be auctioned off at next year's breakfast – a great way to celebrate Rebuilding Together’s 20th anniversary!
